In this modern and busy life most of the people are suffering from a condition of restlessness.
Reason for this unhappiness is mostly unknown . Mostly people think that having a lot of money and a luxurious life, guaranty a happy life . But things do not go this way . Wealth is necessary for life . We can buy most of the things with money but having a healthy body and a peaceful mind need some other things too .
When we try to find guidelines for a happy and healthy life , list goes longer and longer . Memorizing all those points and making them work for us is not easy in this scheduled and busy life . So here we are going to summarize the things into three easy and digestible points so that each and everyone can understand them easily .
1. Control your anger and grief .
Life is not easy for anyone here . While living in this world man suffers a lot and try to tackle the this in his own way . Some people bear the things with smile , they do not react abruptly and wait for a while to think about the best possible solution for the current situation . Some people give their reaction furiously and make the situation more serious and worse . Another type of people is also here , who have a lot to say in reaction but they bear the things silently .
Human nature is not white nor black . It is in between the two . As for as our mental and emotional health is concerned , both of these emotions play a very important role . If someone says that he can not bear the things that are against its will and lose its temper . It means that he is not trained to tackle the things properly . By continuing this behavior he may fall into the category of the people who are devoid of the true gift of mental peace . People try to avoid their company and as a result the would go into a state of loneliness .
The other emotion that we are going to talk about is grief . In this life we come across with different situations . Different type of people come into our life . We become honest with them and deal with them fairly . As being normal human being its natural to expect better reward from the others too . Problem arises when our expectations don’t become fruitful . If it lasts for the time being , it’s normal . But if we are thinking about that particular person or event for a longer time and despite of our intentional efforts we can’t get rid off from those thoughts , it may cause emotional disturbance .
