Consume sugar and oily goods with care.
After emotional health perspective we come to physical health. Physical health has much more importance. Sometimes we are not facing any kind of worry . There is no specific reason of sadness but still we feel heaviness. We feel uncomfortable . And even despite of our efforts we could not find the exact reason for our sadness.

Yes , our mind and our gut has a strong connection . Gut has as many nerves as we have in our brain . We can say that gut is our second brain . If we have normal cholesterol level and our digestive system is working easily , we will have an easy and relaxed brain .

Raised blood sugar and cholesterol level are the most common problems of our time . They are the root cause of diabetes and high blood pressure . So , to avoid these problems we should try to consume less sugar and avoid deep fried and creamy foods .
Regular walk and exercise .
Though we are discussing the importance of exercise at number 3 , but it does not mean that it is less important than the other two factors . Walk and exercise play a key role in our health . Today most of the people are weight conscious . If the first view of our body in the morning, does not make us happy , we become gloomy . How could we say that it is a good morning for us . Morning becomes good morning in the true sense when a sense of happiness passes through our body when we see ourselves in the mirror.

A ” V ” shaped body type is dream of everyone today . Walk and exercise not only get you in shape but also help us to regain our health . It not only help us in calories burning but also gives us a sense of happiness .
